At this time, we are extremely short staffed due to a shortage of qualified job applicants. Although, we have no changes planned for our client service, it is becoming very difficult to meet demand. Respectfully, we need to request your patience, otherwise we will lose more staff. We will continue to require the use of a face mask for clients that are allowed entry in to the clinic. Most appointments will still be done outside. We ask you to phone from your vehicle when you arrive. Consultation can be done either outside at a distance of 2 metres or over the phone. Your pet will be brought into the building for examination.  Owners will not routinely enter the building, but there is limited entry for special circumstances.  We would request that our clients refrain from visiting the clinic unless an appointment has been scheduled.

We want to keep all parties as safe as possible.   For prescriptions and food purchases, we prefer to process the transaction by phone on your credit card and place receipts and purchases in a box located outside the front door.Other forms of payment will be done by special arrangement.  Please call the hospital

(613-735-0032).

Thank you for your patience and cooperation in this matter.

If you have symptoms of respiratory illness, we ask that you inform us before we approach you to take your pet .  Please ensure that your pet can not slip a collar and get away during entry to the building. All cats need to be in carriers.
